He's largely credited with more than tripling the size of the firm in less than 10 years. Mr. Berger serves as managing shareholder for the firm's three Palm Beach County offices and as co-chair of the litigation department. His client list includes banks, insurance companies, businesses, real estate developers and country clubs, as well as numerous individuals.
