Milton S. Blaut was born in New York, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude in pre-law studies from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1973, and he subsequently graduated from Syracuse University's College of Law and Graduate School of Business with a Law Degree and a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting. While in law school, Mr. Blaut was an editor of the Law Review and two of his law review articles were published. He has since written several articles that have been published in legal periodicals, written monthly columns in news magazines, and been featured as a speaker and lecturer to practicing trial attorneys on the subject of law. Mr. Blaut has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Diplomate and Eagle member with the Florida Justice Association (formerly, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). Mr. Blaut has served as a member of The Florida Bar Committee on the Rules of Evidence, The Florida Bar Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Bar Health Laws Committee. He is also a founding Fellow of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and a Senior Counsel member of the American College of Barristers. Since 1977, Mr. Blaut has specialized in trial practice and has tried numerous lawsuits in the areas of products failure, insurance coverage disputes and automobile accidents, as well as general negligence matters. He also has handled many cases involving professional disability insurance disputes. Mr. Blaut is licensed to practice law in Florida and also the State of New York, and he has been retained through other law firms to represent clients in those areas. Bar Admissions:
