Ken Rubin has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1983 and has concentrated his practice in commercial litigation during most of his career. He has experience in construction litigation, legal malpractice defense, commercial foreclosures and general commercial litigation. He joined Greenspoon Marder, P.A. in 2005 as a member of the firm's commercial litigation department. He serves as the firm's administrative partner in the commercial litigation department.
