A former Assistant State Attorney with extensive trial experience, Elizabeth (Beth) Tener handles a wide range of marital and family law matters, including: traditional and collaborative divorce; alimony, child custody and child support; valuation of marital and non-marital assets; pre- and post-nuptial agreements; paternity; adoption; and domestic violence. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2008, Ms. Tener litigated more than 50 jury trials with the State Attorney's office as a felony prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach. She is a frequent lecturer on topics related to her family law practice.
