Ana Perez is an associate in the Personal Injury practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, where she represents clients, such as national and international insurers, on a broad range of complex coverage lines and litigation including construction defect, personal injury, professional malpractice, employment law, and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Perez in her practice is actively involved in civil trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions where she drafts numerous pleadings, motions, and discovery in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Perez graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree. Before that, she graduated from Florida International University with honors, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in English.
