Chad J. Tamaroff is a partner at Greenspoon Marder. As a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group for over 19 years, Mr. Tamaroff concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation, real estate litigation, title insurance litigation, and lender liability litigation. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator.

As a litigator, Mr. Tamaroff has represented the interests of banks, insurance companies, businesses, real estate developers, homeowner’s associations, and individuals in a wide range of real estate, commercial and business litigation matters. He also has extensive experience in handling Quiet Title Actions for Tax Deed Investors and working with different counties to resolve outstanding liens and code violations.
