David P. Kron focuses his practice on counseling families on estate planning (wills and trusts), estate tax savings planning, gift tax planning, generation skipping transfer tax planning, and antenuptial agreements. His practice also involves advising clients on estate and trust administration for both taxable and non-taxable estates, on post-mortem planning, on estate and trust beneficiary representation as well as on the preparation, filing and defense of Forms 706 “Estate Tax Returns.”
Mr. Kron assists his clients in finding the balance between developing estate plans that will optimize tax savings and also satisfy their desires for their estate beneficiaries.
