Douglas “Doug” Lane is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, representing clients on the cutting edge of commercial real estate and complex corporate transactions. Investors, lenders, developers, landowners, major higher educational institutions, and professional sports teams are among the clients that count on Mr. Lane’s seasoned, commercial-focused advice when it comes to their most sophisticated and complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint ventures.
Mr. Lane has a particular focus on renewable power generation, guiding developers and energy companies through all aspects of their real estate matters in connection with the acquisition, construction, development, and financing of renewable power generation projects. He also regularly represents clients in a wide array of transactional matters for restaurants, hotels and special events and festivals.
