Overview

Elizabeth Tener is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Marital & Family Law practice group. A former Assistant State Attorney with extensive trial experience and Orlando Family Law lawyer, Elizabeth (Beth) Tener devotes her practice to handling a wide range of marital and family law matters, including traditional and collaborative divorce; LGBT same-sex marital and family issues; alimony; child custody; child support; valuation of marital assets; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; relocation; modification; enforcement; paternity; step-parent adoption and domestic violence. Ms. Tener was appointed and currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Family Law Rules Committee and the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee “D.” Ms. Tener also acts as a family law mediator and is in the process of receiving certification by the Florida Supreme Court in this regard. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2008, Ms. Tener litigated more than 50 jury trials with the State Attorney’s office as a felony prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach. She is a frequent lecturer on topics related to her family law practice.

She recently committed her time for IMPOWER, a non-profit mental health and child well-being organization in Central Florida. Ms. Tener was also appointed and serves on the Standing Family Law Rules Committee and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “D” of The Florida Bar.
