Overview
Frances L. Asencio Guido graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in 1991. After fourteen years as a bankruptcy paralegal, earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 2005. Mrs. Asencio has fifteen years of experience providing legal services for mortgage lenders, debt buyers, servicers, banks and investors. She has focused her legal practice on residential foreclosures, collections, appeals, evictions, loss mitigation, title curative and notary services for Puerto Rico.
