Garry W. O’Donnell

Overview

Garry W. O’Donnell is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He is an experienced civil trial attorney and Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation. He concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation in state and federal courts, and commercial arbitrations.

He represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes involving real estate, securities, contracts, employment and labor, banking, fair trade, business torts, consumer law, insurance, product liability, technology, intellectual property and tax.

Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge elevated to the federal appellate court.
