Jason W. Prince is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP.  Mr. Prince has experience representing private and public corporations, investment banks, insurance companies, directors, and individuals in complex commercial litigations.  He has also represented local, national, and international corporations in both state and federal litigations involving securities, employment, commercial, and white-collar issues.

Experience

Representative Experience

  • Represented MBIA, the world’s largest bond insurer, in the successful recovery of $600 million through litigation against a global financial institution alleging fraud and breach of contract in connection with a $1 billion securities transaction.
  • Represented several large financial institutions, as trustees of residential mortgage-backed securitizations, and investors in numerous actions for breach of contract arising out of the residential mortgage crisis.
  • Represented The Federal Housing Finance Agency (“FHFA”), as conservator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, in several actions against numerous financial institutions arising out of misrepresentations concerning the sale of securities.
  • Represented TPG, one of the world’s largest private equity firms, in connection with fraudulent conveyance litigation, and other litigations.
  • Represented international technology firm in trade secret and employment litigation.
  • Successful representation of a senior bank executive in connection with a government investigation concerning bond pricing and trading practices.
