Jay Cranmer is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group at Greenspoon Marder. With more than two decades of legal experience, he represents a diverse client base, ranging from national corporations to local businesses, providing tailored legal strategies that align with each client’s unique needs and objectives.

Mr. Cranmer has first-chaired more than 80 jury trials and handled countless evidentiary hearings. His extensive courtroom experience equips him with the strategic foresight to guide clients through complex disputes while also distilling intricate legal matters into clear, business-oriented solutions.

Beyond employment law, his legal expertise spans multiple disciplines, including criminal, corporate, and domestic law. His breadth of knowledge allows him to offer clients a well-rounded perspective on legal challenges. Additionally, he serves as a part-time municipal court judge in Moffat County, Colorado, further reinforcing his deep understanding of judicial processes and legal decision-making.

In his free time, Jay is an active outdoorsman and enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his ever-present lab, Lucy and cheering for his Kansas Jayhawks and Denver Broncos.
