Experience
Jessica Berry is an associate in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She has extensive experience handling high volume mortgage foreclosure litigation and representing foreclosing lenders in mediations. Ms. Berry has prepared and argued a wide array of motions in both state and federal court. She has a strong background in both secured and unsecured creditors’ rights. Her professional style is a balance of vehement advocacy for her clients and compassionate and respectful treatment of debtors.

Professional and Community Involvement
- Ms. Berry is dedicated to cruelty-free causes and has volunteered at her local no-kill animal shelter for 3 years. She considers walking and fostering the rescue dogs the greatest thing she’s done with her life so far. Ms. Berry is an avid scuba diver with an Advanced Diving Certification and she has dived with manta rays and sharks multiple times. She is also an experienced hiker and her all-time favorite hike is Angels Landing in Zion National Park.
