Kevin Ryan is an associate in the Corporate & Business practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He focuses his practice on providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs, emerging growth businesses, and corporations. Mr. Ryan has extensive experience representing clients in negotiating and drafting contracts and other commercial documents, including product supply agreements, licensing agreements, promissory notes of credit, employment agreements, NDAs, POAs, non-competes, SEC compliance opinion letters, real estate purchase/sale agreements, M&A transaction documents, SaaS agreements, UCC filings, and corporate/trustee resolutions.
While Mr. Ryan focuses his practice on corporate and business matters, his complex commercial litigation experience before state and federal courts provides a perspective into proactively avoiding lawsuits for clients by drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating in the early stages of a dispute, and anticipating potential litigation risks.
