Natalie Benayoun is an associate attorney in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Benayoun served as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Miami where she proficiently researched and prepared motions in state and federal court across diverse areas such as intellectual property, contractual disputes, and employment litigation.
Ms. Benayoun’s previous legal experiences include being a law clerk at multiple law firms where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and discovery procedures. As a litigation law clerk at one firm, she specialized in litigation focusing on construction disputes and real estate. Furthermore, through her earlier role as a law clerk at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Miami, Ms. Benayoun delved into the intricacies of trademark law, assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights. She also contributed her expertise in conducting extensive legal research on patent infringement matters, demonstrating resourcefulness across different facets of the law.
Prior to being admitted to the Florida Bar, Ms. Benayoun graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in May 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University.
