Nicole Lipinski is an associate in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, specializing in foreclosure matters. She is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate law and currently concentrates her legal practice in the areas of creditor’s rights, real estate, litigation, foreclosure, mediation, and eviction. She has represented national mortgage lenders and servicers in foreclosure actions from referral to sale, as well as in all aspects of bankruptcy. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Lipinski is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland.
Ms. Lipinski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
