As a member of Greenspoon Marder’s Bankruptcy practice group, Ms. Carnahan concentrates her practice on the representation of trustees, creditors, and creditors’ committees in matters concerning Chapters 7, 11 and 13. In addition to bankruptcy, her practice also includes reorganizations & restructuring, insolvency and receiverships.
