Ruijie (“Jessica”) Zhang is an associate in the Immigration & Naturalization practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She provides strategic counsel to both corporate and individual clients on employment-based immigration matters, including non-immigrant visa categories such as H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, and guiding clients throughout the green card process, including Program Electronic Review Management (PERM), 1-140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Ms. Zhang also has extensive experience handling complex H-1B RFEs on specialty occupation, employer-employee relationship as well as compliance matters dealing with the Department of Labor and USCIS requirements. In addition, she is a sought-after resource advising her clients on the immigration changes on USCIS policies, laws, and trends.
