Samuel Silverglate is of counsel in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Silverglate has been a practicing Florida lawyer for 48 years, working primarily in various aspects of real estate law. He has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, title examination and title insurance and has represented both individual Buyers and Sellers, as well as developers of several high-rise condominium, townhouse and single-family home projects in the South Florida area, including high-end developments on Miami’s Brickell Ave. and the historic Town of Palm Beach. Mr. Silverglate has spent the past 25 years concentrating on foreclosure title work and related title insurance claims and has testified as an expert on the subject. He has long-standing relationships with most of the major title insurance underwriters, who have often consulted with him on foreclosure-related title issues, and is an active Agent for some of them.
