Shantal Malmed is an associate attorney in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. In her practice, Ms. Malmed represents debtors, creditors, trustees, shareholders, and other parties in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.  She is often sought to assist attorneys in other practice areas dealing with complex litigation or transactions requiring bankruptcy expertise.  Her clients are in aviation, real estate, healthcare, food and restaurants, wholesale distribution, retail, ecommerce, and energy. Among her legal experience, Ms. Malmed has represented trustees, debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court and state court proceedings, mediating and litigating fraudulent transfer actions and collecting on judgments based on fraudulent transfer actions.
