Steven Fonseca is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation in both federal and state courts nationwide. Before joining the firm, Mr. Fonseca worked in a labor and employment law firm in Boston, representing clients in labor and employment-related matters in arbitration proceedings governed by the American Arbitration Association, as well as before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Apart from litigation, Mr. Fonseca has also advised multiemployer benefit funds on the design and operation of qualified retirement plans.
Originally from St. Louis, Mr. Fonseca graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and from Boston College Law School in 2021 with a Juris Doctor. While in law school, Mr. Fonseca participated in the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic, representing indigent clients in pro bono landlord-tenant disputes.
