Since joining Greenspoon Marder in January 2001, Thomas F. Coyle, Jr., has developed a comprehensive transactional law practice focused on real estate, commercial acquisition and financing closings, real estate development, lending and business transactions, condominium and association law, timeshare law, governmental regulation and defense, state and federal licensing of regulated businesses, leasing and title issues. Mr. Coyle represents national clients in the areas of large residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use developments. In addition to representing developers and other purchasers of real estate, Mr. Coyle serves as counsel to country clubs, condominium and homeowner associations.
Mr. Coyle is active in many civic, professional and charitable organizations including NSU Levan Ambassadors Board, the Florida Bar Association, the Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, Stetson University Alumni Association, and Nova Southeastern University Law Alumni Association.
