Overview

Greenspoon Marder’s Immigration and Naturalization Practice Group consists of seasoned immigration attorneys who are focused on providing quality service at cost-effective rates.  We have a vast and diverse array of experience in the immigration arena. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, startups, individual investors, universities, city and state agencies, or high-net individuals that operate nationally or globally and are seeking foreign talent. Our clients know that today’s business environment, along with the immigration environment is fluid, and dynamic and can change without much notice.

In this environment,  our global immigration team counsels companies on the issues that affect their bottom line, talent. We advise clients on cross-border projects involving employees and workplace laws in North America, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Our full-service team helps employers manage their foreign national workforce, in line with their business objectives. We work with employers to manage immigration and global mobility needs as part of a broad spectrum of corporate operational and legal issues. We understand the need between a corporation’s immigration program and its other essential operations, including employment policies, corporate compliance and governance, and tax and tax benefits. To support company operations, we counsel clients on US visas and permanent residence, provide global immigration services for the movement of employees to and between countries worldwide, and advise on immigration compliance. At Greenspoon Marder we have a team that can advise on temporary work visas, employment-based green cards, Extraordinary Ability applications or family and investment visas. In addition, we have a team ready to advise on tax, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate development.

Globally, we work with a network of labor, employment, family issues, and immigration counsel around the world. When necessary, we draw on our well-established local counsel relationships throughout the globe. Our cost-effective advice allows us to manage any project anywhere, including Asia, Europe, and Latin America, on behalf of our clients. Our clients cover every possible industry, from telecommunications to banking, from the Arts to IT.  We work with our clients to coordinate their many issues while providing practical, commercial, and cost-effective advice.

At Greenspoon Marder, we are committed to providing quality legal representation and to maintaining and expanding our capabilities and expertise across a wide range of practice areas in immigration and nationality law, in order to address the diverse needs of our clients.
