Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of global legal, business, franchise, and crisis management experience, he advises small and mid-sized companies to help them scale and gain access to capital. He also assists emerging companies with M&A and in the development and execution of their corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives. As a seasoned corporate and cannabis attorney, Mr. Johnson has represented social enterprises, start-ups, and minority and women-owned businesses. He serves as co-chair of Gromentum Labs, a social equity cannabis accelerator that provides opportunities to assist minorities in entering the cannabis industry.
