Fort Lauderdale, FL – July 25, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder attorney, Matthew Ginder, will be a featured speaker at Sup-X: The Startup Expo on Thursday, July 26^th. The annual conference, presented by South Florida Technology alliance, brings together early-stage entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capitalists, and startup service providers from throughout the nation to collaborate and encourage the growth of new businesses. Mr. Ginder will be speaking on a panel entitled, “Navigating Opportunities in the Florida Green Rush Presented by Bonaventure Equity”.

Mr. Ginder is senior counsel in the Cannabis Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He represents an array of cannabis-related businesses, assisting in many areas of the industry, including licensing, regulatory and compliance, and business transactions. Additionally, he represents individuals and entities interested in investing in state legal cannabis businesses. Mr. Ginder co-founded and manages the Organization for Safe Cannabis Regulation (OSCR), a non-profit organization which advocates on behalf of cannabis-related business in Florida.
