Mark Rabinowitz is a partner and practice group leader for Greenspoon Marder’s Marital and Family Law practice group. Mr. Rabinowitz has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law in Florida since 1999. Mr. Rabinowitz focuses his practice on complex marital and family law issues including, alimony, child custody, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and post marital agreements involving athletes, doctors, lawyers and persons of high net worth.
Arthur D. Ettinger is a partner and co-chair of the Matrimonial & Family Law practice group in Greenspoon Marder’s New York office. Mr. Ettinger has extensive experience litigating and advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial and custody issues, equitable distribution, child support. He is accomplished in successfully negotiating and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements, as well as litigating and taking such matters to trial when an amicable resolution is not possible.
Cindy A. Crawford is a partner in the Marital & Family Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder. For nearly 15 years, she has focused her practice on representing clients in matters pertaining to complex dissolution of marriage, paternity, prenuptial agreements, alimony, child support, equitable distribution and parental responsibility. The breadth of Ms. Crawford’s experience provides her with the ability to effectively and efficiently handle the various and nuanced legal issues that frequently present themselves in situations involving marriage and family. She prides herself on being an appropriate advocate for her clients while delivering exceptional service, accessibility, and discretion.
Elizabeth Tener is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Marital & Family Law practice group. A former Assistant State Attorney with extensive trial experience, Elizabeth (Beth) Tener devotes her practice to handling a wide range of marital and family law matters, including: traditional and collaborative divorce; LGBT same-sex marital and family issues; alimony; child custody; child support; valuation of marital assets; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; relocation; modification; enforcement; paternity; step-parent adoption and domestic violence. Ms. Tener was appointed and currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Family Law Rules Committee and the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee “D.” Ms. Tener also acts as a family law mediator and is in the process of receiving certification by the Florida Supreme Court in this regard.
Diane Steiner is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Family Law practice group. She handles all aspects of family law, including custody, paternity, divorce, separation, and litigation, as well as drafting pre and post marital agreements.
