Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 7, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year, the firm has ranked among the Legal 500 U.S. top firms in Cannabis and Immigration.

Despite the slower pace of cannabis M&A activity in the industry, Greenspoon Marder’s Cannabis practice group remained particularly active and successfully navigated some of the most significant M&A deals of the year. Denver-based partner and co-chair Nick Richards routinely assists cannabis companies, investors and owners on tax, as well as regulatory compliance matters, as well as representing clients in tax audits and trials. Chicago-based partner and co-chair Irina Dashevsky advises clients with cannabis product labeling and marketing, state licensing and legislative issues.
