GREENSPOON MARDER CO-MANAGING DIRECTOR MICHAEL MARDER APPOINTED TO THE
STETSON UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW BOARD OF OVERSEERS

Orlando, FL – May 15, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder co-managing director, Michael Marder, was recently appointed to the Stetson University College of Law Board of Overseers. In a unanimous decision, the Board approved his nomination.

The Stetson University College of Law Board of Overseers is an advisory board comprised of judges, senior attorneys, and other prominent non-attorney members of the community.

Mr. Marder, an alumnus of the Stetson University College of Law, focuses his practice in commercial litigation and timeshare and resort law, working not only to create a firm that handles timeshare law, but shaping the industry in the process. In addition to his busy practice, he is a trustee and member of the Board of Directors for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), as well as a board member of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. Mr. Marder was recently recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a “CEO of the Year” for 2017.
