Greenspoon Marder Expands Immigration Practice And Names New Immigration Group Co-Chairs

New York, N.Y. – August 16, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s Immigration & Naturalization practice group with the addition of Michael Cataliotti as senior counsel in the firm’s Edison, N.J. office. Additionally, the firm is pleased to name partners Patricia Gannon and Nandini Nair as Co-Chairs of the Immigration & Naturalization practice group.

Michael Cataliotti is senior counsel in the Immigration & Naturalization practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He has worked with and advised businesses from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, as well as prominent athletes, artists, entertainers, and entrepreneurs, such as international media conglomerates. Mr. Cataliotti specializes in advising individuals and entities from such industries as sports, music, fashion, film, television, art, sciences, and technology about how to reach their respective corporate and immigration goals.

With a focus on business immigration, Ms. Gannon advises multi-nationals on employment verification matters and develops various compliance strategies and programs. She has represented Fortune 500 companies, artists, Olympic athletes, banking, telecommunications and an array of international high net worth individuals. Ms. Gannon serves as the moderator for the firm’s Immigration Coffee Talk webinar series and is a regular contributor to the firm’s Immigration Blog. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on the analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits. She is regularly called upon to speak on immigration issues, and has been quoted in various publications including the New York Times, CNN, and Bloomberg Law, among many others. Additionally, Ms. Nair was featured on TV Asia’s weekly series, “Bridge to Immigration”, which she co-wrote. In 2021, she was ranked among the “Top Lawyers in New Jersey Immigration” by Chambers & Partners.
