Fort Lauderdale, Fla., November 24, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Alan Somerstein has been shortlisted for the Rising Stars Awards 2020 in the Real Estate category. The Rising Stars Awards provides law firms and professional services firms across North and Latin America the recognition they deserve for the efforts and achievements of their rising star lawyers. Winners are judged on their professional accomplishments, advocacy and influence within their specialism between 01 January to 31 December of the preceding year, as well as peer review and referee commentary. The virtual awards ceremony will take place on January 28, 2021.

Alan Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking practice groups. His real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactional matters, including acquisition, finance, leasing and development.
