Lauderdale, FL – June 1, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, David Weisman, will be a featured speaker at the Lease and Regulatory Issues for Cannabis Issues Seminar on Friday, June 1^st from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The seminar will include an overview of the numerous special lease provisions and problems confronting businesses in various phases and realms of the cannabis industry. Additionally, it will cover topics of permitting, legal contingencies, security concerns, tenant improvements, special utilities needs, and issues of dealing with cash and a controlled substance inventory.

Mr. Weisman has over 35 years of experience and belongs to the prestigious group of attorneys recognized by The Florida Bar as being a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer. His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions and commercial leasing matters.
