Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – November 12, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Elizabeth Somerstein has successfully secured approval for the Saddlebridge Downtown Davie project, a 286-unit multi-family development in the Town of Davie. This project, developed by White Oak Development, will allocate 20% of its units as affordable housing, addressing the community’s need for diverse housing options.
